1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and fe888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the fe888 website, mobile application and all associated services available at fe888.fun.

Your access to and use of fe888 is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. 2Eligibility

To register and use fe888, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fe888 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager or use any feature of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing and using the platform voluntarily, in your personal capacity and for entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously had your fe888 account closed on grounds of fraudulent activity, abuse or rule violations.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Any false information provided during registration may result in account suspension without refund of balances.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment methods you use to deposit and withdraw funds on the platform.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one fe888 account only. Opening multiple accounts — including using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fe888 login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details linked to your account. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the fe888 support team immediately via live chat. Any activity that occurs on your account before such notification will be considered authorised activity.

Account Verification

fe888 may at any point request that you verify your identity before processing withdrawals or continuing to allow access to the platform. Verification may include providing a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or confirmation of the payment method you are using. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4Deposits & Payments

All transactions on fe888 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or exchange rate margins applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount that appears in your account balance.

fe888 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically instant
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically instant
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via Pakistan's central payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard transfers from any Pakistan bank account
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Mobile Wallets — other supported PKR wallets as listed on the deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed clearly during the deposit process. fe888 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. All funds deposited must originate from an account or wallet that is registered in your own name.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined here and on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required identity verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• fe888 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may result in extended processing times.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within a short window following approval. Bank transfers via Raast may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.

fe888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside fe888's control and are not our responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

fe888 runs various bonus and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slots and sports betting promotions. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry periods. Those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and cannot be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements are completed.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Any attempt to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or via coordinated play will result in the bonus being removed and the account reviewed.
• fe888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or technical error in the offer.
• Bonus terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions and validity periods will be stated clearly on each promotion page at the time the offer is available.

7Casino & Game Rules

The fe888 Casino section and Game Lobby host a wide range of games including slots, live dealer tables, baccarat, roulette and blackjack. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers and use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The rules of each specific game are displayed within the game interface and must be read before play begins.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be reversed, cancelled or modified after the game round or hand has begun.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, fe888 will make a reasonable effort to resolve the outcome fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary between games and between standard and VIP table configurations.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as stated by the live dealer at the table. Where there is a discrepancy between a live dealer statement and the displayed rules, the displayed rules take precedence.

8Sports Betting Rules

The Sports and Betting sections of fe888 cover a wide range of markets including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports events. The following rules apply across all sports betting activity on fe888:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The confirmed odds shown on your bet slip at the moment of acceptance are the odds that apply.
• Pre-match bets placed on an event that has already started may be voided at fe888's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds and market availability. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be reversed.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the stated timeframe, bets may be voided or settled according to specific event rules stated at the time of the market opening.
• fe888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed as part of any form of coordinated or syndicate betting activity designed to exploit pricing errors.
• For PSL, T20 and international cricket markets, settlement will be based on the official result as confirmed by the governing body of the relevant competition.

9Bingo Rules

The fe888 Bingo section operates 24/7 rooms with PKR ticket pricing. Bingo games are governed by the specific rules of each room format — 90-ball, 75-ball, Speed Bingo or Jackpot Room. Room-specific rules are displayed before each game session begins.

• Bingo tickets must be purchased before the game round begins. Tickets cannot be purchased once the first number has been called.
• Prize amounts vary by room, ticket volume sold and jackpot configuration. The prize breakdown for each game is displayed in the game lobby before you purchase tickets.
• In the event of a technical issue mid-game, fe888 will attempt to complete the game or void and refund all ticket purchases for that round at its discretion.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fe888 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one fe888 account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account details
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts or any automated means
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Coordinating with other players to place bets in a way that exploits promotional offers or odds
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud or any other illegal activity
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's systems, databases or underlying code
• Harassing, threatening or abusing fe888 staff or other players via any channel

11Account Suspension & Closure

fe888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification or a request from the account holder.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact the fe888 support team via live chat at any time. Any available balance in your account at the time of closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, your balance will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited entirely.

12Privacy & Data

fe888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By using fe888, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected during registration and use of the platform is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, provide customer support and comply with anti-fraud requirements. fe888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13Responsible Gaming

• Any change to applicable law or regulation that affects your ability to use the platform

fe888 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors.

15Amendments to These Terms

fe888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We may also notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, though this is not guaranteed for all updates.
